Unless you are absolutely sure who all of your creditors are, we highly recommend that you order a copy of your Credit Report. It only makes sense to order your Credit Report, especially since you can now order it for free, rather pay us more later to add an omitted creditor to your Bankruptcy after it has been filed. You can order a free Credit Report from each of the three credit reporting agencies by clicking the link below. We recommend you order all three and cross reference them. Please remember, that we can give you no assurances that your Credit Report will list all your debts. For example, if you have a recent medical bill, it probably would not appear on your Credit Report. After you review your Credit Reports you still must list all of your creditors on your questionnaire whether they are on your Credit Report, or not. Please note, we have no better way of locating creditor addresses than you do. Hopefully, your Credit Report will list most if not all of the addresses of your creditors. If however, the Credit Report does not list the address, or you have creditors that are not on the Credit Report, then it will be your responsibility to locate those addresses, either by examining your bills, looking in the phone book, or searching the Internet for the creditors address.
